Metropolitan State University of Denver’s Advanced Manufacturing Sciences Institute celebrates the completion and opening of its state-of-the-art Aerospace and Engineering Sciences Building. The facility and program are designed to serve the workforce development needs of Colorado employers and beyond. The total investment of the 117,000-square-foot building was close to $60 million, with support from the state of Colorado and private sector companies. The program integrates the following disciplines: aerospace science; industrial design; civil, mechanical and electrical engineering technology; computer science; and computer information systems. Advanced Manufacturing Sciences classes will commence in fall 2017.
