Federico Bass Villareal has been appointed as the new Deputy Consul of Mexico in Denver. As a next in line official after the Consul, he will be in charge of all affairs of the Consulate in Colorado, areas of Wyoming and Montana. Bass Villareal is a career diplomat since 2005. Up until July 2017, he was performing duties as a director of affairs or Baltic countries and Eastern Europe.
Bass is a native of Coahuila. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree at the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education. He holds a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from Columbia University. “It is a pleasure and an honor for me to serve the Mexican community in the Midwest of the United States. I will represent my fellow Mexicans in a worthy way before the Federal, state and local authorities,” said Bass Villarreal.
